Given that we’re all major dog-lovers here at New Breed, the opportunity to design & build a website for an established and successful dog trainer was the type of project that we sought to explore fun, new ways of communicating the Dog’s Life brand.

Challenges & Solutions:

• A Dog’s Life had primarily been operating offline, with new clientele coming their way via personal referral. This method of acquisition is effective for a start-up, but a new business cannot grow on word-of-mouth alone.
• We strategized our client’s intake funnel, employing a third-party software that would allow prospective clients to book appointments online with ease. We introduced the process through a fresh, new web design that engages users and piques their interest to learn more about the fundamentals of A Dog’s Life’s extremely successful training programs.
• Reinforcing our client’s successes through the website was easy work, given she was prepared with photos, videos and written testimonials by some very happy human & dog clients. Social proof is strong in any industry, but especially when asking people to leave their beloved pets in someone else’s care. We also made use of excellent video footage of Angie in action to help interested prospects feel more comfortable about the practices and techniques Angie employs during training.
• Ultimately, once a new user has made their way through a few pages of Angie’s site, they’ll feel comfortable, informed and eager to reap the benefits of a more harmonious and enjoyable relationship with their dog, thanks to Angie’s expertise.
