What will my experience be like working with a professional design team?

As our clients like to describe it: supportive, easy and fun! New Breed’s team is small — a Graphic Designer, a Project Manager and a Web Developer. The great thing about working with a smaller team is that you’re holding hands with the very person designing and/or buiding your project. Our Project Manager’s job is to keep your project on-task and within scope, ensuring that it never surpasses a deadline.

Constant communication is our key to success, and as a client of New Breed’s, you’ll never feel uninformed or left out to sea. We’ve worked with countless people and organizations who’ve been “ghosted” by designers in the past — that will never happen to you while you’re a client of New Breed’s.

Our post-launch support and response time is second to none, and you will always be able to speak with a real person when it matters most.

What do I need to do to get started?

Generally, the client (you) will have a bit of homework before we start your project.

For a new website, your tasks could be: Sharing your logo files with us, copywriting & editing for each page, registering a domain name, sharing of accounts, among other things.

For a logo design project, you’ll need a rock-solid name and tag line as well as a domain name and social media handles to match.

For printed items, having your final written draft is imperative and providing us with any licensed or professional photos related to the piece. We’ll need your brand assets as well, and Brand Guide (if you have one).

Rest assured, we will organize you with tasks to provide us with everything we need to get started, and we’re always available to answer questions and help you through the onboarding process.

Pay your deposit & get booked in our schedule

We gather a 50% deposit up-front to secure your time in our schedule. The remaining fees will be invoiced upon final product delivery.
